rc 1000cc injector stuck open? new
I've installed 1000cc injector and all 4 injectors are stuck open, there brand new so i'm not sure what the problem is. I've use a voltmeter to test it and there is power going thru the clip and the ohms look good also. When i unplug the injector clips and turn the key the fuel sprays out like crazy. Its not electrical because i checked already and i have a resistor box. Its running on a hondata basmap for 1000cc injector. Anyone know what it could be? I've tried everything i could think of, my next step is maybe send it back to RC to have them check it. BTW its so much fuel that it leaks thru the back of the JG manifold where the vacuum connects to.

WTF are you talking about? Did RC send you their magical injectors that work without being plugged in?

the RC higher end injectors are notroious for sticking i had the same damn problem on a set we had to send them back.

I think he means that they are stuck open so they spray even when not being plugged in.

Try this unplug your ECU (hondata) and turn the key back on and see what you get. You may need to turn your fuel pump on though.
yeah im pretty sure its the injectors because i swapped out 440 saturated and it was kool. Then i tried the 1000cc injector again and it was still the same. Only thing i change out was the hondata and the resistor box because the saturated cant use those. Unless its something with the resistor box or hondata? i doubt it though. Im trying to see if i can send it back to RC but there customer service kinda sucks so what u guys think? If i bring it somewhere else would they be able to fix it or should i just get new injectors?
