i was just wondering what you guys would think would be (easier) and (nicer) pair of seats to get. yay or nay ?

non bucket sparcos look weird .. well torinos 2 look alright i guess but i rather have recaros anyday

 

i know i think the JDM recaros are the shizznit too but the problem i ran into was that they are so daaaammmn hard to find (at least a pair thats in good condition) what do you guys think of the new DC5 recaros? yay or nay or maybe?

and if you guys know of any legit places where the JDM recaros (black, red or even yellow which i highly doubt) are available.....please dont hesitate to chime in and gimme a holla

i use the sparco torinos last year,now running a sparco 1pc carbon. i prefer sparco,because thy've been in the racing buisness a very long time,used by almost every race team out their,and they stand by their name with quaility in mind. the materials used are great and wont lose shape in certain area's of the seat over a short period of time....

my own personal opion,is the jdm recaros look good for a few months,then as your getting out and in the car,the side bolsters and seat boltsers lose their shape and and start looking cheap.......yea its normal use but sparco you dont see that. just my .02,and i know it dont mean much.

Since 1977, Recaro has been making seats since around 1912, and was making them for Porsche in the 30's. And not even close to every team out there uses Sparco, lots do, but a ton use Recaro, and a few other brands.

maybe where your from in germany you see alot of recaro use in racing,but here in the states sparco is the name brand when it comes to racing. brands like omp,momo,sparco,recaro,bride, and you have a good point as to that.

as ive said "a seats a seats a seat" to each his or her own. and sparco my own.
