Default exhaust problem

Ok, so i'm planing on doing a b18c1 turbo swap into my civic, and I am making it smog legal (greddy turbo kit) . Here is where I run into a problem, I want the RS*R Exmag exhaust, I don't want to be too loud, and it says the piping diameter is 60, I'm pretty sure it means 60mm. And I was wondering, is this just too small to run on a 300-350whp set up? Thanks in advance

With a stock or 2.25" catback it will be a lot harder to reach your 300-350 WHP goal. You could get a 2.5 or 3" catback and when smog time comes just swap the exhaust out for your stock one
