HID or Lowering First?
I plan to get both done by mid June at the latest, but I'll be getting either HID or likely KYB AGX & H&R Sport soon, which would you guys get first?? 98 Teg.

Just ride around with a bunch of people in your car and get the HID's.
Having owned HID's and a lowered car my vote goes to the HID's, the difference over halogens is tremendous.
