lame question...but i gotta know..

i have a CEL and i dono why its 43..fuel system error...
car runs perfect but gas milage is horrible...i'm assuming its running rich..
i checked o2..i checked the injectors..new fuel filter..haven't checked the fuel pump..that may be next...i only had a b16 FPR regulator so that went on it...would that make a differnce at all?..thats my real question..

Fuel pressure is around 40-42...and helms recommends 38 for b18b's
