how MUCH tranny fluid?
we all know the diff types of fluid that everyone is using but how much should i buy when i go to the store? 2 quarts? 4? i dont know and i dont have a helms. thanks for the help.
2 quarts is enough.
to fill it you just loosen the fill bolt on the passenger side of the tranny by the axle. the head is 17mm, you can get to it from the top, or underneath is a little easier. just stick a transmission funnel in there and fill it until it starts spilling out. then it's full.
or if you have the exact capacity measured you can remove the vss on the top and fill it through there. it's definately easier, just one 10mm bolt, but you need to know how much to put in.
