Hands down a T3/60 trim
Stay away from turbos with different flanges as the industry standard is the Garrett T3, this will enable you to upgrade you turbo to a T3/T4 or a nice Garrett or Precision turbo in the future.

if on a budget go with a 14b very powerful tubro

 

You can get a rebuilt T3 for around 300 bucks, a junkyard one for around 100.

well so far i found a place were they have Td04hl 15g and 16t for $325 off volvos and they have lifetime warranty on them hmmm or a T3 60 48 a/r rebuilt for $360

 

what volvo that you know came with a mitsu turbo? AFAIK all volvos came with T3's

i think the S80's still have the 16or 18 t
