Need streetable suspension on my all motor EG hatch. Need suggestions?
I have a b18c1 hatch and right now I have tokico blues all around and neuspeed race in the front and Eibach Integra springs in the back. The car has no play in the rear and slams itself whenever I hit a bump. I need something that will actually give in a little.
I am debating keeping the Tokico Blues + a new spring or just getting a Tein or Omnipower coilover suspension. But at the same time I need to know if I can make the Tein or Omnipower coilovers bounce a little when I am downtown and not at the track.
Basically daily driving is 90% and track days make up maybe 10% of the time. So its more important to have a softer ride than a crazy drag suspension for me.
I need suggestions as to what I should be running to get this more streetable feel? Is it possible to have a nice easy going suspension with the tein or omnipower coilover setups?

Are your shocks blown, or are you riding on the bumpstops? How low is your drop?
If you go with springs, look into H&R OE sport or Eibach ProKit. They are much closer to stock. They're also progressive rate springs, so they will be softer on initial bump.
The Omni and Tein are pretty stiff springrates and won't help your situation much. You can get Ground Control in custom rates to get more of a stock ride; but all coilovers have linear rate springs, so it won't be exactly like stock.

I don't believe the shocks are shot and I am pretty sure I am not riding on the bumpstops. In my opinion, I have Integra springs in the rear that are so stiff that they never coil up even a little when I hit bumps. Also, there is maybe 2" of gap in the rear and fronts, more like 1".
I need a good recommendation for a set of springs that are a little stiff and have some bounce to them.

Also, run your shocks on full soft until you get to the track.
