Default Need some help...Honda Hurricane F1?

A buddy of mine has an old like 87 or 89 or something like that Honda Hurricane F1? im not sure if thats exactly correct, but some of you should know what im talkin about.

Anyway, he needs basicly all the plastics for it. Has the headlight, and the front wheel fender, other than that, needs everything.

Anyone know a company that fabs them, or where to find some for sale?

Thanks

Good luck finding plastics for that bike. I had a hard time locating fairings for my 90 f1 back in 97 or so....

I think airtech is the only company that makes aftermarket fairings for this bike. Even if maier makes em, stay away as they are utter junk as far as fittment. A while back I had heard from a racer who had mounted f2/f3 fairings on his F1/hurricane race bike. It can be done with custom brackets and whatnot but it may look a little ghetto and the fairings may not line up correctly. At least this is what the dude told me.

Here is the link for the airtech stuff:

Mine looked like the grey/whte/blue 90 CBR F1. That thing was a solid bike.

Hi Scribes, I think I may have found what you are looking for. As long as its a 1987-1990 CBR600F Hurricane, these will fit. I myself have an 87 that I've been working on for a couple months now.

If that link doesn't work, go to http://www.denniskirk.com and click on metric bike and select Body, then click on Body Work.
Good Luck!

Just an fyi for anyone looking into getting the maier fairings for a cbr f1/hurricane they fit like a$$. The bolt holes do not line up to where they need to mount on the frame. Aside from that if you are not a perfectionist and dont mind huge lines between the fairings they are a cheap replacement for oem or higher quality fiberglass fairings.

FYI JC Whitney sells em pretty darn cheap. I bought a set for mine back in 97/98 or so tried to mount em and returned em cause they sucked a$$.

Good luck
