Default Is it ok to remove front mount and weld the rest solid?

I need to know if it is ok to drive my car without a front mount and get the back and side mounts welded solid? I want to know because it will make the install easy.and the shop that was going to mod my mount wants to charge me 975.00 to do it and i cant afford that.

Thanks

We need more specifics I think. I'm a little confused here. What do they want 975 for? making a front mount? making all the mounts? front mount and a traction bar mabye? i'm just trying to account for that kind of cash considering the price of B mounts....again i'm assuming/guessing because i have no idea what car you drive.

Yes, you might want to consider telling them to sodomize themselves with retractable batons and go elsewhere.

That's ok i found a shop that will do it for 500.
I don't think it's a good idea for me to give out there number because i don't want to **** anyone off. These guys know my car and am proly the only person with this setup that they talked to in the last week. it got to the point that i was about to giv them my civic as payment.

Yeah where are you located? I'm sure there is someone near you who can do it for $100 or less.
