I plan on doing a b18c1 swap into my 96 civic ex and I was wondering
1. Do I need to have a cat converter with 2 02 sensor bungs?
2. Should I get the Civic Ex converter, or the Integra GSR converter?

by law you need a cat for emissions, Which one you need however I dont really know.
