Default help diagnosing my problem

i put a t3 on my b18b a little time back and was running dsm 390s with inline resistors...one day a while back my car went in retarted mode like ign wasnt hookin up right and thats the begening of the problem
eventually i took off the turbo to help find the problem and while puttin back to stock i see one of the resistors on the 4 cyl was broken
so im assuming this is what caused soemthin to happen
possibly a bent valve??
right now ***** all back to stock everything and the dizzy has to be advanced all the way to drive in the best way ive found yet
its not bad but it lacks power and doesnt feel smooth at all
has trouble gettin up big hills and starts to overheat easily when worked hard like a big hill or hot day
has never come close to the h on the temp gauge though i always blow heat once it goes past halfway and it goes back down
can anyone help me out with some ideas.. im in a town where i dont have many people to ask for other opinions
i was also thinkin it seemed like the timing belt skipped back a tooth but that doesnt really seem like it would happen cuase i never touched the belt
thanks for lookin

sounds like you skipped a tooth on your timing belt or I have also seen this problem with a bad distributor.
