IS my wheel bearing bad again
Hey all,
I just recently replaced both front wheel bearings as there was some noise and alot of up and down play. After replacing the bearings the problem went away. Now about 10k later, the drivers side has a huge amount of play and the car vibrates big time at speeds. I just called the Honda dealership about warranty and the guy says that in 20 years he has never seen a bearing go bad that fast.
So I guess my question would be what else could it be. Is it possible that the Balljoints or tirerods would cause this kind of problem. Maybe my Hub is bad??? I dunno. Please help me out

lots of play could indicate balljoints.....vibration at high speeds could be tierods or out of balance wheels....how many miles are on the car? My tierods took a **** around 140K
When balljoints go do you not hear alot of poping and knocking sounds. the car has 205,000 KM's so thats around the same milliage but the steering is fine and responsive. I think I will just chnage the bearing again. I am willing to bet that its either that or that the hub needs to be machined.... or replaced.
