Default Streetable aftermarket big brake reccomendations??

I already have brembo maxx (slotted) and Ferodo DS2500 pads. I liked them alot, but it seems there's room for improvement. I've had slight vibrating issues for a while, but after I installed the B18 I've had some serious issues. To put it simple, I seem to have destroyed a set of brembo discs.
I've replaced ALL balljoints and steering components. So the shaking is now definately the brakes. I've had the calipers refurbished before, and now just a year after I'm having problems again. They're just getting old.

Now since I'm in holland, new parts are insanely expensive, Just a replacement set of brembo+ferodo like I have will set me back close to 400. And then I'd still have to refurbish my old calipers. (again)

So I'm starting to look into aftermarket big brake kits.

Since my car bascally has the SiR suspention, my brakes are the same size as the EX brake swap.

Who has some street experience with some affordable sets? I rarely visit the track, so it needs to be reliable, streetable, and easy to maintain, and get replacement parts for.

Please state your advice, a link to an online shop, a price and your experience...

I think you should look into what Fastbrakes sells.

As I understand it, he uses VW Corrado parts and as such, replacement parts would be commonly available.

I think that if you did go with the wilwood you would need to also get larger wheels. My friend is doing that also with his crx and he needed to get a size 17 wheel. I'll try and find the kit that he's going for.

I can't find the kit and I tried to get in contact with my friend. But I think the front rotors were 12 and the rears were 10. Some crazy numbers like that.

I think I like the 11" fastbrakes setup. (front and back)

That would probably allow me to use my 15 and 16" wheels.

I'd say email wilwood. That way you get a def. answer. No beating around the bush.

I've heard of too many problems with wilwood. I'd likely go with the integra 11"setup.

However these 4pot calipers seem yummy.

Hey call Brian at http://www.Fastbrakes.com he is a heck of a guy and will help you out however possible. Or since you are overseas e-mail him and let him know your goals and what you want to do and he will help you get what you want. Brian

You can also get any aftermarket caliper that will fit and ITR and it should fit your spindles. I would look into a 4 pot caliper that fits a ITR. I would still give Brian and call or email.
