I just put my intake back in my car, my brother took it out cause he said it was killing gas, but now that its back in it pulls extremely hard, but the downside is that the brakes and gas and steering now feels extremely soft, the brake kinda sinks and the gas is the same way if i push it, is this safe? the car is a 93 honda accord
i dont know how your intake would efect any of that... are you saying you put your stock intake back on? ... or is it an aftermarket intake? if so did you you install it correctly? did you disconect unneccisary things?
seems like he's talking about his aftermarket cai or sri. neither of these should effect your braking. did you notice any other changes in your car before these problems started? make sure your belts are tight and not sagging
the only part of the intake that is connected to the brakes is the brake booster, but i'm not real sure how this would affect your brake pedal or steering at all...
