Default spoon vs toda a cams

i currently have spoon cams in my otherwise stock jdm itr motor. saw some toda a cams up for sale, i was wondering if these are better. searched the archives and saw that the toda's have more lift but less duration than the spoons. can anybody give me some feedback pls?

not worth it.. keep yours. the specs are very similiar. any difference in HP will be offset by the price of the cams. id spend the extra cash on a header or something else

y its not worth it? i mean y can gain good hp.tq out of cams. but iam not looking for spoon or toda cams..iam looking forward to buddyclub 3+..iam more street guy..
if ur really looking forward to getting cams. got to pick right on header and exhaust..i'd say..2.5inch piping will do the job..
