Hey guys, its time to focus on my 95' integra LS motor. Ive researched for years to this point and the best way for me to go is Turbo. This is my daily driver so keep that in mind. I dont know what size turbo to go with but im almost positive i want to go with turbonetics. My goal is to be at least over 220hp while keeping my car functional as a daily driver.
I know i want a tial wastegate, walboro fuel pump, and greddy type rs BOV so should i just piece togeather my kit or buy a full kit and swapp these parts in??? Also how do you know what size wastegate you need .. 35 .. 38 ? Thanks alot and any turbo LS experiance will be greatly apreciated.

The best way to go is put the kit together yourself!!!
Not only it will cost less but you might get better parts than what you will get on a kit you buy.
As far as parts go some of them don't have to be new and it will save you big money for example:
Blow off, Waste Gate, FMU, Turbo Manifold.
The only Part I recommend to be new is the turbo which is the most important part of the kit. Reasons why you don't wanna get used ones is because there are many things that can be wrong and hard to identify for most people. I would never buy a used turbo. The advantage of getting a new one since you like turbonetics they come with a 1 year no hassle warranty whatever happens to the turbo in a year they will take care of it and most companies will have some kind of warranty since is the most expensive part you do want a warranty
Because trust me you don't want a turbo taking a **** on you after 3 months from getting it
Also always the best way to be safe is do it right the 1st time!!!
If you want over 220HP you need a fuel management system and some good injectors for ex. HONDATA which will allow you to run 10psi on pump gas tuned and be safe on stock internals this will be the best way for the route you want to go
precision is good a turbonetics full 60-1 will do the job as well

I am completely stock, made 254whp @ 10psi, LS w/ Precision SC61 turbo. Piece together your own kit, get hondata and get it dyno tuned. The Walbro fuel pump is a good idea, thats what I got, as well as RC440 saturated injectors(that way you don't have to swap clips or wire in a resistor box). Tial wastegate is a good choice, 38mm is probably what you'll need. Just so you know, i've had a huge headache with my drag manifold and my tial wastegate getting exhaust leaks, don't run a gasket between your manifold and wastegate, i've been trying to make it work with a gasket since I put the turbo kit on, and it still leaks over time, it melts the gasket, just run without one. I agree the SC34 is the BEST turbo for the LS motor, it can make tons of power if you plan on building later, and its great for the stock LS powerband. Just dont go cheap on the turbo, I learned the hard way and had to replace the turbo after 3 months with my SC61. A Garrett T3/T4 hybrid 57trim would also be great, but the SC34 is what I would recommend, Precision turbo's are awesome!

Sounds like you need to do more research. The springs inside the wg controll how much boost you let into your engine. So simply put- if you want to run 7psi max for example, you get a 7lbs spring. You need more research.
Edit- each size spring comes with a different color.
