Where to get euro spec rear bumper?

Where to get euro spec rear bumper?
As the topic states, I mainly want it for the rear fog light. Can I call up a US Dealer and have them cross reference the part number for me as well as ship it? TIA

Yo dude, im in the Uk and not aware of this fog light thing
i take its for an EX ? is that a 4dr saloon? we dont have that over here as we have the honda/rover 4 & 5 dr
