Default For you Turbo F-Series guys...

What kind of numbers do you boosted Accord guys make at 6 PSI? Anyone using an FMax kit on their Accord? I would love to see some dynos of that... I just want to see a bunch of F-Series dynos to compare to mine... This includes F22 and F23...

Here is the thread about my motor in case anyone is interested...
Stock F23a1 Block/Stock H22a1 Head@6 PSI...

I'm thinking about boosting in the future, however I'm thinking about doing a build up on my F23A4....like h22 head, crank, pistons, and other. we'll see what happens. I might just go through the trouble of throwing an h22 in there, instead of having reliability problems with boost. The car/engine only has 37k miles on it.....so I'm not sure on what ot do

damnit i lost mine in my room somewhere, i will see about getting a copy of my graph from the shop.
i know my numbers were 175whp/237wtq @ 8 psi (on(on stock wastegate, no boost controller) on a t25 w/ a really conservative tune. i also have a pretty restrictive intake pipe and filter which will probably free up another 5hp if changed.

i made 185whp/242wtq on one pull but i wasn't comfortable w/ how agressive the ignition tune was, it wasn't knocking or anything but i drive my car everyday so we turned it back.

And what a torque monster it is. I still love your car dude. Next time I am in the ATL I will have to stop by the shop and let you see my car.

OT OT OT

im still a newb when it comes to turbo's, but slowly im learnin... i read a post that you can piece toegtehr a turbo for around 1000? that true? or are you lookin closer to 2000? or more?

but to get to my question...how much are you guys spending, final price on your turbo setup. im sure you guys spent more than a grand on your turbo's though.
keep dyno's comin' and if ya can, tally up how much youve spent.

junkyard kit you could pull off for 1000 or under

decent kit using mostly used parts and some newer stuff prob 2 grand and under

for a good kit you wanna piece together using mostly new high quality parts around 2500-3 grand is a good estimate

1800 to have manifold, downpipe, IC piping, exhaust, fabricated and oil lines run
200 for IC
$130 for the turbo
$90 for fuel pump
$70 for injectors
$150 for fuel pressure regulator
$230 for p06 ecu, obd2 conv harness, and chip burner, and chips
$300 for PLX wideband
$230 for guages
$140 for dyno time and tuning

total about 3300 plus might have left out a few inexpensive odds and ends
