Apexi Grounding Wires
I have the Apexi Grounding Wires. There are two built into the unit, they are for the battery. Then there are three wires that bolt up to the unit. My question is where do i bolt up the three wires at? What do I bolt them down to. Please help me thanks.

usualy its onto the frame.......you have factory groundpoints, so if you just use those, you'll be fine....
BTW: this new trial memeber avatar is confusing

seems that the best bet is to use factory grounds. use a ground tester with a light (digital readout is even better) to indicate the relative strength of each ground point. otherwise, just bolt up onto any point on the chassis, and make sure theres no paint between the bolt/wire and the frame.

thats what you do
engine, alt, trans
they are the three main, you can also do the IM, and the starter
but that is extra
and you also want to clean/grind off and rust or corrosion before the you put the grounds on, that will make the signal better

gooey stuff? never heard. is this stuff conductive, or insulating? im just concerned that it would tend to insulate the ground, and that would cause problems. if youre really concerned about corrosion, wouldnt a thin layer of paint over the area do the job just as well?

On the top. It's just a wire bolted down. Pretty easy to spot.

You would be talking about Die-electric compoind. You DON'T want to use this. It will accutally attract current. This is what is use on spark plug wires for a better connection and to keep them from getting stuck on.
