i'm doing a custom brake swap and don't feel like spending the money on upgrading the brake booster and master cylinder right now. how are the two piston NSX calipers going to work w/ my stock dx BB and MC?

 

Dont bother if your gonna leave those out

hell it would be cheaper and smarter to to it the other way.

meaning just the BB and MC.

 

this is an appearance more than anything else, i just want to make sure it's still functional at least temporarily till i get the other parts. obviously a 1600LB second gen civic will never ever NEED nsx calipers...

i plan on going w/ an eg EX MC&BB.

 

paint your stockers red and get the MC and BB the car will feel and stop better.

 

i already own the NSX calipers and EBC slotted vented and dimpled rotors. stock isn't happening.

 

stock brake booster with a 90 accord lxi mc its 15/16 and only cost 40 bucks new and bolts right up unlike the integra one...thats what im using.

autozone blanks much better and way cheaper

 

i agree with that blanks are the way to go.

 

i'd do just the MC but it doesn't bolt up to my BB like it does yours (it's on an 82 1300FE). looks like now i'm going w/ both from a 91 4dr ex.
