Automatic vs Manual shifter console peice different?
I'm doing an auto/manual tranny swap on my EJ1 and I need to know if I need to use a different shifter console peice. They look the same, but I've also read that they're different.
Are these pieices different? Thanks.

True, but the peice is already broke anyways (done where it connects to the ebrake peice). So, I would want to replace it with a manual one if it's different.
Yeah, because I know with the manual ones it on the underside of the hole for the shifter it has these clip type things for the shift boot, and my automatic one doesn't have it.

You could make a boot and mod the auto like stated. I would just buy the MT one, IMPO. Happy TUNING!!
