going tuesday to get my cam gear... ej8 sohc vtec... which 1 do i buy >??? aem, or what ?

when i go to get it put on what is the best way to set it ??? I mean like to what degree or whatever you call that remember i have a sohc so i launch slow but all my parts on my car are mostly for top end

just leave it at 0 degree til it gets tuned
