Default Hondata Tuning

I am planing on getting a JUNII intake cam&springs/retainers, portflow porting,DC JDM 4-1, Randomtech high flow cat and possibly a comtech exhaust or something similar. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico at ~5000ft elevation and dry. I could get tuned in Pheonix but Pheonix is at much lower altitude than Albuquerque. Would the altitude matter? Next question would the car run on the base maps to drive to Pheonix? Finally, do I have worry about passing emissions and or getting busted for replacing the stock exhaust?

The altitude does´nt matter on tuning, cause the different sensors make an correction for the correct a/f mixture. Yep, you can drive to a dyno with a base map, but I would baby the car. Since when somebody looks under your car, they can see a cat (it is not the stock one, but they do not know this). I woul´t care emmissions.

BTW: why only a intake cam
