are USDM mudlflaps the same as JDM? (CRX that is.)?

If the JDM CRX's ever came with side skirts then I think the mudflaps would be different. I believe it is the same way with the hatchbacks. They differences aren't night and day, so I'm sure it's not worth paying some outrageous price for a pair of 'JDM' mudflaps if someone would be selling them
