burning oil but from where?
sorry i know i dont own a ITR but i figured i wouold get some advice from some of the more knowledgeable people in this forum
i just finished installing a b18c5 bottom end with 32k miles on it... and used my gsr head that had 133k miles.. all i replaced on the head was CTR cams, rocket motorsport valve springs and retainers and new oem valve stem seals along with a new oem 3 layer headgasket.
ran compression test and the results are 260 - 250 - 250 - 250 and there is no oil on the tips of the spark plugs... yet in a week i lost 2 quarts of oil.. there are no oil leaks that i can find i checked every where under the motor behind and in front and no oil leaks.
when i rev the motor i get white smoke wiht a hint of blue and smells like burning oil i not suere where else to check to see where the oil is birning from..
any help?

Check your coolent, is it low? Sounds like you could have a bad seal on your head gasket.
I would take it to a garage and have a total leak down test performed just to be safe.
Those compression numbers are not terrible, but they could stand to be a little bit higher (I think 270 is prime spec for GSR/ITR engines).

sorry i forgot to mention.. my coolnt level stays prett normal.. and the motor never over heats.. in fact it stays right below the halfway mark..
not sure why it would be the head gasket i used a brand new one with ARP head studs.. and never had a problem with it before in prev motors i have rebuilt...
the head and the block should be straight and not warped i removed the factor head studs in teh proper sequence and also torwued back in propper dequence according the ARPs specs..
the smoke i see is mostly white with a slight blue hue its not straight blue colored.... but it smells like burnt oil..

So you've gone from having a blown headgasket, to having blowby? Those are two totally different things and each results in different things burning.
Blue - Oil
Black - Running rich
White with a sweet smell - Coolant
There are a lot of areas you could lose oil...simply stating you're losing oil and asking why is kinda tough to diagnose over the internet. Gotta check for leaks first and foremost. If you don't find any leaks, chances are, your rings aren't sealing properly.
If it smokes on startup only, it would be your valve guides leaking...leaky valves allow oil into the combustion chamber while the car sits...then when you start it up...POOF, big cloud of blue smoke and it burns off.

i have checked every area of the motor for leaks.. mainly both crank seals, the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block, the PCV black box and rear main seal behind flywheel is ok too brand new and seated properly... i have even remove the intak manifold and looked all around where the head is bolted to the block and i dont see any oil seeping through anywhere as well as the vtec solonoid and dizzy O ring too...
the smoke is not on start up i thought about the valve guides as well... the smoke only comes when you rev the motor and it lingers around.. the higher you rev the more smoke comes out......
before on my old gsr motor with 133k miles i always had BLACK smoke and now with this one i ahve white/blue smoke weird

Well, looks like at least the oil control ring.

hmm you mean the vaven stem seals? i would hope it wouldnt be them because i just replaced them last week with 16 brand new ones from honda..
as far as being the oil control rings i thought if there wasnt oil on the tips of your spark plugs then your oil rings were ok... maybe im wrong..
i know that the top ring is what holds compression so you can still have good compression and still burn oil so possibly be the middle rings?

Well...instead of guessing...

His numbers are perfectly fine.

Here's a 'simple' test, to see if it is blowby.
Stick a couple of empty bottles (oil, Pepsi, etc.) in your engine bay. Get some 3/8ths (I think) fuel line from Pep Boys, and run your valve cover breather and PCV to those. You'll also want to pick up some vacuum line caps and a couple of little hose clamps to cap your intake manifold and intake.
Romp on the car for a little while, looking for smoke, smelling for burning oil. If you smell burning oil, could be valve stem seals I guess. If you don't, or you have some oil in your catch bottles, it's blowby and you either need a rebuild or you need a catchcan.

hmm my old 2001 gsr motor i had in my hatch before i turbo charged it the compression was 220 across and using the same exact compresion tester on this motor the numbers wre much higher and still consistant so i figured the GSR head on teh ITR bottom end with the ITR pistons were accounting for the higher numbers. i couldnt imagine 270 across lol i thought mine were way above spec but i guess i was wrong.
as far as the catch can idea i appreciate that idea ill have to try that.. but the idea of hooking up a catch can if needed to act as a bandaid doesnt appeal to me lol but the idea to see if i have blow by or not is sound thank you
i am just as stumped ion this case but i do appreciate eveyrones input im better off now tha i was a couple of days ago lol
ill jus keep trying to track it down

Valve seals = blue smoke out of the tail pipe when it's first started in the morning. Get someone to start it for you in the morning while you observe the tailpipe.
When you get on it and see blue smoke it's most likely the rings. Downshifts will also show the tell tale blue puff.
