Default Alignment problems

Yo, I put 92-95 civic hubs on my 90 crx for an ls/vtec swap so the axle would fit right but now the toe angle( the wheels are pointing away from each other) on my car is all f#$ked up. Anyone know how to align it at home just by eye so I can at least drive it to the alignment shop.
