Default Hydro Lock Oil

Hydro locked my civic last night doesn't seem bad, took the spark plugs out and got the water out, changed the oil there is water in it, other than that it starts up and purrs like a kitten.

Anyone know the best way to get rid of water from the oil?

and then drive it like 50 miles and do it again. i did the same thing but it bent my connecting rod the lightest bit and like 4 months later the engine went, so if you have the time just replace the rods cause it will save you money in the end... trust me!
