Default My brake pads don't fit. HELP!

I did a GSR brake swap today on my 92 Civic DX and when I tried to put on the brake pads, it wouldn't fit in the slots it's supposed to go in.

So can someone tell me if there are any other alternatives for pads that might work.

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about.

I'm thinking of grinding that piece off, but I dunno.

Btw. I checked part #'s and they sent me the correct ones so that's why I'm so confused.

the larger of the 92-95 civic calipers have a that tab lower and narrower, just like you have in your pic. Are you 100% sure you got integra brakes? I have a set of Nissin/AEM pads for the bigger civic brakes if you want a picture.

That's what I was thinking to myself as well. In his for sale thread, it said 2000 gsr brakes. So I don't know what to think since I don't know how to tell brakes apart from others.

I bought the whole knuckle and hub and everthing. I'm thinking it may be from a DA or something?

Also, I checked the part #'s and this brake pad fits the following...

92-95 LX
w/ABS
93-95 EX,EX-S (Coupe)
94-95 Si (Hatchback)
94-95 EX (Sedan)
w/ABS
94-01 Acura Integra (excluding type r)

Are you sure the calipers are GSR? I have had this problem too many times with my old Civic EX.
Did you pull the setup yourself? My EX had the 10” rotors like the GSR but the pads were not interchangeable. I believe the ears were thinner like you have laid out in your drawing. If you can, take your new pads to a local parts store and ask them to pull some GSR pads and some 92-95 Civic Ex pads and compare. At that point, you will know exactly were the problem is. Just a thought.
