Default CAn the head be fixed?

I bought a head recently, when I took a closer look at it, there's an indent in one of the sittings where the cams sits in, so the edge isn't smooth. Therefore the cams are unable to move smoothly because of the indent in the corner, I was wondering if this can be repaired or how much is it going to cost me?

Thanx
