my gauge cluster and climate control wont light up when i turn my lights on but sometimes (very rarely) it will randomly decide to work. i checked for loose wires and couldnt find any. any thoughts on why my gc and cc are doing this?

 

I had the same problem with mine and it turned out to be that the dimmer switch was bad I think all you have to do to check the dimmer is ground the red wire and the dash lights come on full blast but it has a few wires back there and I dont remember for sure if it was the red or another so you might have to check a few and if it doesnt come on full blast after checking all the wires then it might be a bad connection at the fuse hope this helps a fellow new jersian
