fs: jdm dc 4-1 ceramic header
the only thing wrong is dent on bottom of the header due to bad ground clearence...no holes and still pulls like a bad outta hell...asking 100 firm picked up

How can you make this mistake d16y7 is printed on the motor this is a mistake that you don't make. Spoon porbably refunded the money because the scamm was obvios....
hey bro, this is spoon20's older bro, pat, i'll put an end to all this little bullshit bickering, tom is out so i will resolve this, how about you take back the stock ls head you gave him that by the way was missing rockers as well as some other parts and i think he still has the bov or wg, so you get the head and one of the other 2, not everything because as far as i see it, that should compensate for the fucked up deal....me and my bro's haven't tried to **** anyone, and as a matter of fact, i did 2 deals today, even drove 2 and a half hours to meet combo from san franscico, also RETURNED 325 to Ladodgers 1 today becuase the d16y7 i sold him turned out to be a d15b7, people **** up sometimes, and they come to resolve things......so don't come back with

but if your are willing to fix it I'm more than happy to put everything on my part to fix this in a properly manner"

pm ON FILE A MOD CAN CHECK THIS AND VERYFIED THAT I WAS CONTACTED BY SEVERAL PEOPLE AND **** UP DEALS WITH SPOON.....
(4:53 AM 2/13/2005) ANONIMOUS: Unfortunately, Im in a tough position, because I too purchased a head for a customer/friend in which it was supposed to have been portflow port and polished and have an upgraded valvetrain. It had neither and what sucks is that my friend is the type of guy that likes to avoid situations, though, spoon20 sent my friend a money order for roughly $400 to basically "be happy and be quite".. it was a tough situation because since I could not "prove" the head that was in question was the one I received from spoon20 (ie. anyone can switch out what is in the box that someone sends you, etc.) I couldnt say anything, as he threatened my company with defimation of character if I said anything publically. So, this is not public and I will deny everything if anything is brought up (ie. my screen name or company name or any direct/indirect reference to my company) as it could mean a legal issue. However, I thought you might find this interesting.

Funny how the legal system works, sad but true (for the case of businesses anyway).
