first of all its over my ls head i originally had on this forum forsale awhile back...it was the fresh ported ls head with isky valvesprings and retainers-rev valves-new seals and keepers as well as being resurfaced with a 3 angle valve job....and also threw in jg 301 cams.... the deal was all of the above for his peiced turbokit missing intercooler pipes-downpipe and a few other misc things...he gave me a crappy ls head-8.5 mm wires and the peiced turbokit...all his parts i saw that i could sell pretty fast so i made the trade....he met me at my house and we both agreed on the trade...and we both went on our ways.....he hits me up a week later saying the valvesprings and retainers were STOCK....and that he wants another set of valvesprings and retainers asap...i was like what the fawk are u talking about...but yet he has my old head forsale with the same isky racing valvesprings and retainers the head was given to him with? As i sit now he is complaining saying he knows where i live and says he will get even with me in other ways if i do not give him those parts...I just dont want mine or my bros cars to get touched...

 

how does he know here you live? did u meet at your house? peeps need to learn not to meet @ their house no matter what.

i talked to powerintegra and he seemed cool. he wanted to make a trade with that ls head . he did'nt say anything about springs

 

well if he says i jacked him on springs and retainers then why is he selling the head off as the isky valvesprings and retainers i originally gave him...seems like he wants more parts or loot extra...i aint buying it...

If you feel threatend I suggest filing a police report for harrassment. I assume you have his name and stuff....and if something were to happen ( and we hope that it wont) than at least the police report is there and he will be arrested for following through on the harrassment. Then u can sue him for all kinds of $$$ and buy a REAL turbo kit!

the only problem i have is that my bro's cars are here, so if **** happens to their cars, i know for a fact that my older bro in the marines might get a little pissed that his ek got fucked with..........the deal was done with him leaving happy. if **** happens i don't think he's going to bother with the police, they have important **** to tend to

seriously.. take her advice and file a report.. it doesn't have to go anywhere from there if he doesn't try anything stupid.. However, if he does -ANYTHING- that can be related to threats made, or harasses you, he can and most likely will be arrested..

Here in KY, if you threaten someone in any way, you are arrested for terroristic threatening.. If you cooperate you don't go to jail, otherwise.. its jail time...

Yes,we are all honda owners but no we are not family is how alot of people on this board feels.

I would print out everthing this guy has said to you and if your cars gets damaged in anyway then you know who did it.

not taking any sides, but how do u know that the v/s & retainers was what u say they are? did u personally buy them in peices? did u personally assemble them urself? something sounds fishy here. maybe ur builder shafted u without u even knowing...because trust me there are a lot of people that can't identify things like this. to them, they jus go with whatever they are told by the builder, but not seeing it for themselves think its something that its not.

 

and u know what, NEVER SHOW ANYONE WHERE U LIVE.
