Wow you must have failed english, your ability to "communicate" sucks.
On the other hand if you have a Type R learn how to drive with it stock.
If you must spend money then spoon dampers/ spring setup is always nice

They all seem to do things differently here for some reason, most of you guys would hate to see what they do to R's down here.
Chrome rims are common on them, and the tacky paint jobs, oh and the euro lights are popular for some reason, rice seems to really be in here.
People drive like **** here too, so many cops that people are afraid to go above the speed limit.
I miss driving in North America ......

Incoherent grammar aside, I think you should take some time and Search through this forums archives for insight and answers to many of your questions because;
"» Search Results
Your search for suspension returned 32 results."
And that's just scratching the surface.
Heres the FAQ at the top of this forum that you may have missed which includes suspension as well as many other helpful links:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=766629
Following is a pretty decent FAQ thread for you to go over many parts of the suspension modification process, it's not light reading but covers much from theory to actual rates and how suspensions work:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1085106
Here is an incredibly valuable link that actually shows dyno graphs for many of the current shocks that comprise current suspension and "coilover" setups, this is "meat and potatoes stuff":
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1104049
In short, you shouldn't just take someones word for it on the WWW. for what they may have or what they may think is the best or comfortable since this is all subjective for each of us.
You need to take time and research a suspension upgrade throughly and especially for the R, since it's stock componants are well rounded and balanced from the beginning.
If all you want is "looks" or a "drop" then lowering springs and upgraded shocks may be the answer for you.
If combination track and street driving is the goal then you need to take a look at what may fit your goals there.
If you're a novice track driver, keeping the suspension stock or as close to stock will teach you how to wring as much from the car as possible while honing your skills and providing you time to research more, and giving you a better foundation to base your upgrading decisions on.
But for certain there is no "Best Suspension" for everyone and everything. And someone just telling you online how the car corners, where you have no way to judge their driving skill or ability or even the limit to which the car is or may have been pushed makes their claims and reports moot.
Take some time to devour the information readily available.
Best of luck.

A good beginning enthusiast's suspension for the ITR, and one that you'll see talked about favourably quite a bit around here, is to get Ground Controls with 400# F and 500# R.
Adjust to stock ride height to very close to it, to avoid any alignment anomalies that would be hard for a regular shop to sort out. You won't be at the stage where you'd be willing to pay for "competition" alignments, I'd think.
Dampers, we're split about 50/50 on either Bilstein or Koni Yellow. Either choice is good.
Note that at the next stage, when you might want heavier springs, you will not be able to go much above 500# without seriously compromising the lifespan of the Koni.
I used this setup for a couple of years, and I was delighted with its performance on the street and on road courses during my "intermediate" period.

Buddyclubs are pretty good. I am running the bc racing spec dampers in my car right now. The ride quality is still not bad if you turn it to the softer settings and is REALLY good for cornering if you turn it into a stiffer setting. There is a lot of adjustability with these coilovers for you fiddle around with.
edit: I forgot to comment on the fact that the use of the word "sussy" is REALLY GAY!
