BMC- Then what?
Darn I have to retype this up so here's the short version:
1) I Own a 95 Integra RS
2) When i braked, my foot would go all the way to the floor in order to stop.
3) diagnostic: bad Brake Master Cylinder
4) Changed the BMC and changed the brake pads
5) Yet another problem aroused: When you brake it remains braking until it comes to a complete stop, without having to press the brake pedal any furthur. When you want to roll, you have to rev up high to make the car move, otherwise it feels as if you are braking and accelerating at the same time, only that the only pedal you are stepping on is the accelerator.
6) THis happens only after the car has been driven for a while.
7) Checked: the rotors (warping), the Calipers (piston retraction), Air Bubbles in BMC.
8) I can't figure out the problem...................
Help me!
Your Help is well appreciated

Wow, if that's the case is it going to be expensive getting them rebuilt. Im assuming its the fronts that are sticking right?
What gets me off the track is that once i replaced the BMC, my brakes get stuck, and before it didnt. Plus i replaced the brake pads, and the caliper piston seemed to work fine. I have no idea guys. Your input is well appreciated.

Is the BMC you bought the same length as the one you replaced?
I know on G2 integras, the non-ABS units were 15/16" and the ABS MCs were 1"
So if you replace a 1" with a 15/16", you will have the brake locking problems you are describing...
Just a thought

you might be right cron, the length of the new BMC has a completely different length. I believe if my measurements are correct, the completely stock BMC is 1" while the aftermarket is 15/16", which is the one im using now. So apparently this slight marginal difference may contribute to my undesired braking. What is somewhat awkward, is that it only happens when the car has been running and the brake system gets hot. Could it be for that same reason?
P.S. If it is due to the length, how can i be able to obtain one, 1" in length? Apprently at most auto parts shops, they only sell them at that length.

You can replace the brake booster as well to match that 15/16" MC...
Specify to the parts store that you need a 1" BMC though and they should be able to get it for you...
