Default vtec head swap

i was wondering if anyone knew if i could take a 95 ex civic vtec head and wiring harness and put them on a 03 civic Lx to make it Vtec?

i dont think it will work. the head is a obd1 cant just throw it on the obd2. also if you have to pass smog it wont pass leave it like it is or find a obd2 ex head and then wire up the vtec hope it all works out

is it possible to put a vtech head on my D15B7? I could save money that way but maybe I should just go for one of the smaller swaps??

Simple answer is no, the engines are totally different.

it's not a D-series? i thought it was a D17...? can't keep up with this stuff anymore.

weird change of question though. went from an '03 civic, to a 92-95 civic.

So what series is in the 03 civic then? If it's not a D? And not a B? and not a K or H or F. I just don't remember, I would have to run to the Honda dealer and my car isn't here right now. DAMN CM CLUTCHES SUCK!!! BTW..
