fast idle valve , big white screw inside needs to be screwed in (underneath t-body, has a brass plate on the back with 2 8mm bolts holding it on .
not sure what vacuum line you are talking about but you eithre:
1) blew a line off and its dangling somewhere
2) need to plug the hole and just say **** it.

Stock motor or swapped? What happened when the motor started doing this? I would personally be pretty hesitant to adjust that idle screw if its a non-modified motor. Its not like the idle air adjust screws on a carb.....not really meant to be messed with.

you dont have to worry about the fast idle valve screw messing anything up trust me ive been doing this for a while . anyways directly below your throttle body there should be a valve with 2 coolant lines coming from it . on the back(firewall side) there is a copper colored plate that is held on by 2 8mm bolts. behind that plate is a large white plastic screw with a copper nipple in the center. the screw has 2 slots in it where you can use a stubby flat head screwdriver to turn it inward(tighten) these screws back themselves out over time due to vibration and such
honda uses a honda sealent.... take the screw out... get some sort of air tighting sealent then screw it back in... should do the job... and let it settle for a week...if the problem still consists.. it could be Fast idle... or IAC (air control) valve have to be replaced

dood i was just answering the guys question chill the **** out, higher your post count on someone elses thread, anywho... checked the lines, adjusted the screw behind the brass plate.... still keeps doing it.... it stops and idles fine when i put my finger in the iacv hole inside the throttle body, it also idles fine if u unplug the iacv
When you say it 'idles fine' - what do you mean? Because if it idles up around 7-800rpm, then its NOT fine. When you disable the IACV (just unplug it), the idle should drop to base idle speed which is about 500rpm. If yours is sitting up above that, you've either got a vacuum leak or the base idle is just set to high.
Did you mess with either of the two screws on the throttle body (throttle plate stop screw or the actual idle air bypass screw)?
With the engine hot, does the lower hole have suction? It shouldn't and if it does then you need to fix that. The 'fix' has been given above.

yeah if the iacv is unplugged it idles at 500rpm... when i plug it back on it goes ot like 1300 and keeps surging up and down....
also it does suck in a little air form the bottom hole when the car is warm
