Basics are soft and meant for daily driving with all the potholes in America. Way too soft for the track. No dampening adjustment, just ride height.
Super Sports (SS with optional pillow ball mounts) are a bit more agressive then the basics and have dampening on them and ride height adjustment.
any of the others are meant for track use and are stiff on the road.
Another alternative could for DD are some Tein S-tech springs with some KYB AGX all around.
