Default are 403 LS cams turbo-friendly?

are crower 403's on an LS turbo friendly? and also im thinking about getting some crower 403's with the dual springs and retainers, then going turbo. im also going to change the piston rings while im at it, but will this set up make more power then stock cams or will they decrease power, or what else should i do internal wise for going turbo other then the things I have already listed. all input welcome.

Get the 402-T cams. THose are made for turbo. Then, just buy the spring/retainer set.
