things wrong with my crx
timing shouldn't be the problem. probably loosen alt. belt, buy a new one and slap it on. If you go to a shop they will rape you.

I am almost 100% shure that your alternator is not charging. Take a DVOW and go across the battery termenals and see what the voltage is while the car is running. It should be abouve 12.6. The turn on your head lights and read the voltage again. If at either time they are below 12.6 volts your car is not chargeing. I'm not sure if on hondas they have an alternator fuse but check and see if they do if not the alternator needs replaced.
by patching it up i meant he helped me get back on the road.
as in, fixed. sorry for the misleading use in words.
do alternator belts make a really high pitched screeching sound when you turn on your car?
thanks styler!

definatly if the belt is loose. It needs to be tightened check to see if it has any cracks. Driving for so long the belt might have stretched a bit just tighten it up. After tightening I would definatly check the voltage though on your battery.
my old crx did that with my b16. and my problem was a small box on the back of the fuse box. i changed altenator cuz i thought that was wht the problem was and it was that box. i couldn't tell you what that box is called but thats what it was
