car stalls then dies when i turn on the headlights...HELP!!
been having this problem wit my 92 civic dx hatch when i turn the headlights on it starts to idle low then dies.....replaced alternator battery checked all grounds even added some extra ones dont know what it could be any help wud be appreciated ...Thanx

How tight is the belt on the alternator? Possible it's drawing too many amps and the belt might be too loose not allowing the alternator to help provide enough amps to keep the entire car running....?

belt is perfect doesn't whine or nuthin put a new one on there when i replace the alt.
