I've tried to find a part # for a new speedo ring that goes on the diff, but have had no luck at all. So, I figure I'll just reuse the old one. Anybody know where to find the elusive bearing seperator/puller like the one shown in the helms manual?

I've looked about everywhere I can think of and have had no luck at all.

 

yea.... your local hardware store.... its called a hammer.

i like to use plastic/rubber ones.

 

I actually got one at harbor freight. Cost me like $30, had a pretty decent assortment of pieces.

 

NM...I used and air hammer and just kind of forced the top one off...I already ordered replacements anyways. DId a little damage to the speedo gear, but I should be able to file it out and still use it.
