rpms levels??

rpms levels??
everything is hooked up right... i know it is, but when i start the car, the rpms just JUMP, also why is the VSS activating? im not in gear and every time i rev my engine the mph just shoots up.... help

its a mini me... I fixed the rpm levels some how... im still getting a cel... but i dont have a cel reader... all i know is that when i hit the gas, the MPHS are going up when im not in any gear... so whats up with that

A CEL reader consists of a piece of copper wire and your key. Jump the service check connector under the passanger side of the dash. Turn the key to the on position.
