h&r spring/wheel question
i have h&r springs with kyb agx springs on my em1 si. it is hammered. i have stock wheels with 205/50/15 tires now +45 offset, the stock is 195/55/15. with these tires i have now i rub on the driverside of the car. how can i get new rims? all aftermarket ones are at least 6.5. i would like 16s but the only ones i like are way to high. so im lookin at buddy club p1. tehy are 15s by 6.5 with +42. everyone says tehy will fit but i dont see how bringing the outside of teh rim out even further will not rub worse. if i get 15s i want to keep these tires. i was hoping some of yall have this suspension setup on your civic that have custom wheels so i can know before i buy which wheels will fit.
Your problem is not the wheel fitment or the offset, its your tire size. If you stayed with a 195/55-15 anything from a +40 to +45 would fit with no problem. Or the same in a 16" with a 205/45 should fit.
Using that 205/50 You will need a higher offset to bring the wheel in more under the fender
