Default Most efficient use of $ for a b16b header

I've got a b16b in my EK4 civic (99). Long story short the guy who installed it screwed me over and put the wrong clutch on it, took out the clutch and the main drive shaft. At the time I was told I needed to replace the entire transmission for 4000 so the car sat in my garage for a year and a half but now I have the money and it's fixed... except for the fact that the rat bastard absconded with the 2-1 a-pipe that came on the engine.

I've read through the SRZ header test and I've looked around online, I thought I found a used one but that fell through. I really don't want to spend much money on this so I'm thinking of going with the dc sports jdm 4-1 ITR header because it's cheap, but I don't see much point in spending 400 bucks or so when a couple hundred could get something much better.

a) Anyone have this missing pipe that they want to sell me?
b) How long would it take to get an RMF header or something like that?
c) Any suggestions about which solution would provide the best bang:buck or whatever you want to call it?
d) How much of a difference would an aftermarket header make vs. the oem/DC oem clone?
e) Anything else in the price range I'm looking at that I haven't considered? I really want to keep this minimal expense but if I'm going to spend 450 then 650 isn't that bad of a jump, but 700 would be really pushing my budget and the most this car will be doing is auto-x until I have a better job and can afford to race it.

I'm not really that interested in modifying the car, I have my alltrac to modify but I want the civic to be reliable and low attention, I'd much rather have something that works and works well and consistently than something flashy (in as much as a header can be said to be flashy). I like what I saw about the RMF header and ironically enough I'm an hour and a half away from phoenix so it'd be someone local but time is becoming a constraint and I'm not sure if I'd really see much improvement as a daily driver. Ground clearance and simplicity of install are also key.

The only modifications on it are
-V2 intake
-DC 2.25" catback
and it's already setup for the 2.5" collector with the cat. Also, I imagine I'd need a new gasket for the collector, would I need it for the head:header side and the header:cat side or just the header:cat side? From what I remember reusing gaskets is a sure way to screw things up but I'm not much of a mechanic. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

jdm dc 4-1 is the best bang for the buck

but if you have a b16b, i'd try getting a used Toda header, it's one of the best off the shelf headers and ground clearance is great, plus I "HEARD" i don't know, that toda bases most of their products off the b16b

The Toda header performs excellent on B16B's, its pretty much the front runner. The best bang for buck header available is definatly the Megan 4-1 2.5 commonly found on eBay and through many e-stores. Shitty name, excellent header.
