Just received jdmshit itr lip for 01 gsr....looks great and I surprised it got here in FL in one piece.... need some opinions though...the lip is very tight fitment and have trouble getting it around the bumper...should I leave in the sun for awhile to heat it up so it will be manageable??? what have you guys done that has help.....

what is it made out of? abs plastic? urethene?

If it's urethene you could probably heat it up to make it more pliable. If it's ABS plastic, i would not.

I had an abs plastic lip and to work with it I actually attached it to my bumper with just one screw on each side and let it sit on there for 12-24 hours to take shape of the bumper.

you could always heat it up a little with a heat gun or blow dryer. carful not to melt it
