post the top five nost quiet with nice deep tone not raspy ricy full catback exhaust system based on what what you konw or heard only aftermarket no custom ex rsr, apexi, maganflow, Tanabe, Greddy,Skunk ect...

 

If you want quiet, you'll either have to get the RS*R EX MAG or Apex WS. If you want more information, there was a whole thread dedicated to this subject with good info.

tanabe g-power medallion (louder than the aforementioned)

what about magnaflow performance catback?

 

Not sure about on a Civic, but we dyno tested a couple of 240's (non-SR20DET) and a Neon a while back. Great sound, but they only made about 5 whp peak gains. Good powerband bump though. For the money I'd go with a Magnaflow.......I'm sure the RS*R EX Mag makes more power though.
