new exhaust
i have a custom exhaust (2 1\4) with a high flow catback and dc headers and a apexi muffler. it sounds good but i want something a lil quieter and smoother. some people say to put the resignator back on . will a bolt on catback system sound better. if so what kind would be good.

Re: new exhaust (willie_d18)
just put a resonator in it and be done with it. Dont spend more money than you have to unless you used crush bends instead of mandrel bends

a resinator would help a lot though..

Yes, you need to get a resonator. They can be pricey, so it may be cheaper to just get a cat back system. If you're looking for quiet, go with an Apex WSII or RS*R EX MAG. I've also heard the ES oval is nice and quiet, but I don't have any experience with it, so I can't say.
