Default Header Help for 5th Gen

is there much difference between the DC Sports ceramic header and an OBX Ceramic header?

I'm on a budget and need to know if there are drastic performance gains between the two.

to answer the original question, no there is not much of a difference between the two...both use tiny merge collectors which need to be upgraded to the full 2.5"

I don't think an F22 will gain power with larger exhaust piping. I have a feeling it will lose power. Correct me if I'm wrong those who have done it.

....almost any car that you put larger exhaust piping on will gain some sort of power. Also i have i/h/e on my 5th gen and yes it did gain power

Well i'm sure the f22 has trouble gaining power with exhaust being larger but i forgot to mention that this is going onto an h22a. By the way what do you mean by the collector will have to be upgraded to full 2.5"

larger piping will get you less back pressure and may lose some power in the low rpms but you'll make up for it in the high rpms.

it won't have to be upgraded to a 2.5" merge collector, but you will se some seriously nice gains with such a modification...it's kind of the bottleneck of the entire system...

it's really not all that bad...the larger h22's don't have as much trouble down low as the smaller b series do, which are the ones mainly affected by loss of backpressure at the lower rpms...

I'm talking about 2.5" piping upgrade. Pay attention.

actually, the f22 likes the 2.5" piping...from what i've seen, between kteller exhaust systems, the f22 makes more power the 2.5" than with the 2.25"

Is this a fact ? I would love to see a dyno comparison between the two.
