Default flanged or ductile sleeves for h22 build

im looking for sleeves for my h22 build ive searched around and have not found much info.
I just want to know whats the differnce between flanged replacement sleeves and ductile "t" sleeves.
the sleeves will be darton but they really dont have much info on their site about them i know that ductile is stronger but whats the differnce?

check out the sponsor forum...there are many reputable dealers that deal or specialize in sleeving honda blocks, and use darton...i would ask them...
